1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

Procedures:
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on sliced ​​pork. Rub gently and then allowed to stand for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Dredge pork in flour and then dip in beaten egg. Place the pork on the plate with the breadcrumbs and press a little to let the layer of bread crumbs and stick.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Pan-fry the pork crusted low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side.
