Century Tuna with Beancurd and Tausi

1 tsp ginger, chopped
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup onion
1 cup tomatoes, quartered
2 tsp tausi, rinsed bean curd, cubed and fried
2 - 184g cans Century Tuna solid in Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Pillsbury Premium cornstarch, dissolved in
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt

Heat in a pan oil from tuna, saute ginger, garlic and onions. Add tomatoes and tausi. add the tokwa and tuna. Pour in cornstarch solution, stir to blend well. cook for a minute. serve hot
makes 6 to 8 servings.
