Sinigang na Grilled Tuna Panga

Sinigang na Grilled 
Tuna Panga

Ingredient:  Serving 4
1 pc Tuna Panga, Grilled (approximately 1/2 kilo
4-5 cups water
1 pc medium onion, quartered
2 pc Medium Tomatoes, quartered
1 pc Small Radish, Peeled and Sliced 1/2 inch diagonally
2 pc siling pangsigang, whole
1 pack knorr Sinigang sa calamansi mix
5 pc string beans, cut into 2 inch lenghs
1 cup kangkong leaves and stems, cut into 2 inch lengths

Procedures:
1. prepare fish before adding to the soup. After grilling and when the fish has slightly cooled, remove blackened parts and scales. set aside.
2. in a saucepan, boil water and add onions, tomatoes, radish, siling pangsigang and knorr sinigang sa clamansimix. simmer for 10min.
3. add the grilled tuna ans string beans and simmer for another 5minutes. add the kangkong leaves and steam. cook until done

tip: you can purchase grilled tuna or other kinds or pre cooked fish from your neighborhood grills or restaurant and use it for the recipe
