Shrimp and Corn Dumpling Soup

Shrimp and Corn Dumpling Soup

You can make pasta even without a pasta machine.All you need is a rolling pin and a wide enough surface for rolling out the dough.

prep 30 to 45 minutes
cook 25 to 30 minutes
make 4 serving

Ingredient:
1 recipe of pasta dough( see free form vegetable lasagna)
1 tablespoon onion
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/4 kilo shrimps, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoon cream
2 cup chicken or fish stock

Preparation:
1. Prepare the pasta. Cut into squares of equal sizes. set aside
2. in a skiller, heat oil then saute the onion, corn, and shrimps. lower heat and cook until reduced. cool.
3. to make dumplings, put a tablespoon of filling on a square piece of dough. wet the edges with water then fold into a triangle. press the edges to seal.
4. Bring the stock to a boil. drop in the raviolis and cook until done.
