17. Handy Man
What will i be doing?
         Building or repairing homes, building, building components, and furniture

What will i need to start?
         A carpenter's ket( hammers, nails, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.), manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination, physical fitness and a sense of balance, good math skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and other drawing

Who will my customer be?
          Neighbors, friends, relatives - even contractors, since your work will vary from doing simple repairs to building a complete structure

How much should i charge?
          Ten to 15 percent of the cost of materials or P250(with meals) or P350( without meals) a day. A carpenter in a construction site usually receive the P325 minimum wage plus meals

How much will i make?
         Your daily rate minus your expenses for meals and transportation


18. Swimming Pool Cleaner
What will i be doing?
         Maintaining swimming pools

What will i need to start?
        An electric pump and two to three hoses for bailing water, a water test kit to check pH levels(P450), a vacuum head(P2,500) a vacuum hose(P1,560 to P3,010),. Chlorine( 5,200) and muriatic acid (P625). You'll also need to know how to check and adjust a pool's pH level and hire an assistant or two. Your biggest expense will go to cleaning equipment and supplies, which may last four to five months depending on the number of jobs you do

Who will my customer be?
        Homeowners with swimming pools. You may also offer your services to communities, villages, country clubs, and hotels. Pools need regular cleaning, so a few customers should keep your busy

How much should i charge?
        P4,000 for a five by ten home pool and high as P50,000 for an Olympic size pool

How much will i make?
        Four to five times your cost
