Suman Cake

Suman Cake 

3 cups glutinous rice
5 cups coconut milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cups cream
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon gelatin

Mix the rice, coconut milk brown sugar, and salt in low flame until dry. transfer to a springform pan and press to the bottom. cool then refrigerate. In a separate saucepan, mix the cream and white sugar and gelatin powder and heat until the gelatin dissolved cool the room temperature and pour on the suman. Refrigerate until it sets. serve with fresh mango slices and latik souce.
